Friday 14th February  

6:30pm arrival 

7.30pm Dinner will be served

Artisan Bread served with balsamic vinegar and oils

Amuse Bouche of Baked Tomato and basil soup served with scented cream and tomato focaccia

Lobster Ravioli served with shavings of smoked salmon with a white wine butter sauce

Vegetarian Option - Spinach and ricotta ravioli with a white wine sauce

Thyme roasted tenderloin of beef served with a peppered croute, chicken liver parfait with sautéed wild mushroom, Hasselback potatoes and wilted greens

Vegetarian Option - Pan Fred chick pea and sweet potato tian served with wilted greens and garnished with balsamic cherry vine tomatoes

Classic creme brûlée infused with white chocolate served with homemade shortbread biscuit

Or - Cheese board - Local cheese selection with grapes, fruits, pickles and chutney

Coffee or tea served with homemade tiffin
