Stony Brook Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The extended lees-ageing on this wine allows for a restrained fruit profile of passion fruit and pear on the nose. While bright and fresh, the palate is remarkably full, with intense concentration, zest and richness in the finish. This old-world-inspired Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed now or up to eight years from vintage. Grapes are sourced from Walker Bay, the only ones in the Stony Brook range not to be grown on the estate.
