Penfolds Grange Bin 95 2015

Truly iconic Australian Shiraz from an excellent vintage, very limited quantities available anywhere in the world.

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge lightening. Nougat underlaid with fine herbal spice, floral nuances, a hint of mint, fresh orange zests, subtle precious wood notes, comes along on quiet soles. Juicy on the palate, a hint of coconut, light chocolate, present, well-adhering tannins, peppery-mineral spice, characterized by good freshness in the finish, has a salty finish and secure development potential. A very classic Grange in the good old sense.

Coming of drinking age but will easily improve until 2050+
