The wine has a crisp deep golden hue. The nose in packed with intense aromas of apricots, quince, grilled pineapple and ginger spice. The wine enters on the palate full and rich with intense flavours of poached pears and quince, honey glazed almonds and ginger bread. There is a tannic grip to the mid-palate leading clean crisp finish. The wine has a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
