La Belle Etoile Astrale Sauvignon Blanc IGP 2019

A crisp, easy drinking Sauvignon from the south of France which is all about gooseberry, elderflower with lifted citrus notes reminiscent of yuzu and pink grapefruit. This wine is delightful served with a simple salad, goats cheese or white fish in a light sauce.
