Gibbston Valley Collection Pinot Noir 2019

Gibbston Valley Collection Pinot Noir 2019 is produced with hand-picked grapes and carefully blended in multiple fermenters including 10% whole cluster. Its 10-month aging in French oak, of which 15% is new, gives it a consistent full-red colour and aromatics of red fruit, fruit cake, briar and blossom. On the palate, it has a bright, crisp texture defined by red and dark fruits, finished with a mineral edge.
