Gibbston Valley China Terrace Chardonnay 2021 is a complex and precise white wine, carefully crafted with whole bunch pressed and handpicked fruit aged in French barriques and puncheons (20% new). Its aromas offer a bouquet of fine, pure white fleshed fruits infused with mineral complexity, while its palate is notably harmonious, featuring flavours of lemon and barley sugar, white peach, grapefruit, and white flowers. Oak spices, vanilla, raw sugar, and toast add balance and depth, finishing long and with a fine nutty quality.
