Opening with exotic fruit (lychee candied ginger and mandarin peel) and white florals, the nose then tip its hat to hints of toasted almonds and chalky minerality. The palate is generous yet refreshing with bright fruit and a lick of sugar. We see this as a perfect cheese wine, combining sweetness, structure and plenty of spice.
