Diamond Creek Volcanic Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Perfumed in lavender, violet and mountain sage, this is a lovely wine, as always, softly layered in concentrated flavours of tobacco, cassis and black cherry. Integrated and balanced, though bold, it has a grip of tannin and smoky oak that persists on the lengthy finish.
