Chateau La Tour de Chollet Cuvee Prestige 2011

An organic Bordeaux from a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Rich deep colour, matured in oak barrels for 16 months leading to a smooth texture and aromas of ripe dark fruit and spice. Supple tannins and an intense dark fruit palate with hints of mushroom. A classic wine from an excellent year.
